Located within a 500 year old Spanish villa, directly in the centre of the old town. It is said to be one of the oldest existing houses in the town. The story has it the house used to belong to the famous Spanish composer Ricardo Benavent Feliu in the 19th century, Ricardo left the villa to his two sons. After his death the house was split into 2 parts. The house has been tastefully upgraded after a process of renovation spanning 5 years and includes not only aesthetic refurbishments but also structural improvements. The freshly renovated villa offers unique rustic interiors with its stone walls, Tosca arches, high ceilings, and Moorish furnishings and décor. The designers tried to combine the local historic influences with more contemporary features to give the interior a fresh yet nostalgic look and feel.THE PATIO ROOM – This welcoming ensuite room boasts a 10 sq. m private patio which overlooks the hotel courtyard. It benefits from a 2 metre height window, which overlooks the Calle Angel Street. This feature window brings a lot of Spanish sun and light to the interior and complements the pastel furnishings. The blue room aims to reflect this local, Mediterranean style. With its blue colours contrasting with copper details, wooden furnishings and bright patterned tiles, it feels warm and inviting. As with all of the rooms this is readily equipped with an ensuite bathroom, WiFi, television, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer.THE MOROCCAN SUITE – As the name suggests, the Moroccan suite has been designed to reflect the Moorish/Moroccan style which the area of Costa Blanca has been highly influenced by.
