Property in Javea

In the 36 years since my first visit to Javea in 1987, I have of course seen some changes, however Javea still remains in my opinion one of the best places in Europe to live and take holidays.

If you are considering investing in buying a property abroad for a permanent home or a holiday home, it is important to consider that the quarterly figures for the house prices in Spain for the first three months of 2023 were 6.4% higher than in the previous year. This is according to figures from Spanish national valuation company Tinsa.

Investing in a property in Javea or any of the nearby towns could be the best thing you have ever done. When my husband Steve and I bought our first holiday home in Javea in 1987, I didn´t know at the time that we were on our way to securing our future happiness and quality of life.
